16) Sample Application from Start to Finish

We completely cleaned the 3D printed part from the layer lines. We have achieved part with an industrial mirror surface quality.

We see the process of polishing a part from start to finish. Before we start to apply the steps, we do preliminary preparation. We cut and prepare the necessary materials, sandpapers and foams. In this way, we do not interrupt the application during the work and waste additional time with material sizing. We achieve successful results by progressing with the right application.

We apply one step to each surface on the part and then move on to the next step. After the application, we carefully output check. BATUR3D POLISHING™ application of the steps is exactly the same on every part and on every surface. The only thing that changes is the forms of the parts and the selection of the tools to be used for the application. The infographic in Content 17 is used for tool selection.
